MME Nordic designs and builds highly automated production equipment for Ostomy Care, Continence Care and MedTech – in Thisted, Denmark, and as part of Eltronic Group.
Today, MME Nordic is a specialist in machines for the products that people with ostomy, continence and other chronic conditions depend on every day. Although our name is relatively new, we draw on more than 30 years of combined experience – and on a team that has worked with these machines for decades.
We serve customers who need a supplier that can design, develop and manufacture highly specialised machines: turnkey projects, pilot projects, efficiency and productivity improvements for existing production, and entirely new standalone machines – with world-class quality, integrity and respect for the promised delivery time.
Founded through a collaboration among subcontractors after Coloplast announced the closure of its machine-building operations in Thisted.
Merged with PH Teknik and Daninco and entered a strategic partnership with Gruber Holding A/S.
PH Teknik Holding reorganised its ownership, allowing greater participation from our management team.
MME Nordic became part of Eltronic Group – a robust group with more than 1,800 dedicated employees.
For more than 25 years, Thisted Municipality and the entire Thy region have been known as a centre for the production of ostomy care and continence products – and as a hotbed of innovation in the design, development, production and assembly of the machines used to make them.
Over time, a strong base of local companies has specialised in custom-designed components for medical machines, and many people have dedicated their working lives to the design, service, maintenance and assembly of these machines. That gives MME Nordic access to a unique pool of talented, experienced people.
