Grow with us.
At MME Nordic, machines are developed, built and tested under one roof. That means you see the whole journey – from the first concept to the finished line at the customer’s site – and work closely with colleagues across mechanics, electronics, software and service.
We invest in our people through a structured introduction, ongoing training and internal learning courses, and many colleagues have grown from apprentices or technicians into specialists and project leaders. As part of Eltronic Group, you also have access to a larger professional network and career opportunities across the group.

Life at MME Nordic.
Hear from some of the colleagues you would be working with.
No two projects are the same. One month it is a new welding process, the next it is a complete line for a customer abroad.
You get responsibility early – and there is always someone to ask when you need a second opinion.
I like that we follow the machines all the way, from assembly and testing in Thisted to installation at the customer.
